Follow the A38 following signs for Torquay. At the English Riviera roundabout, carry straight ahead (A380) signposted Torquay. Continue along this road passing a number of large stores including Harveys and McDonalds on the left.

As you pass through some traffic lights, the road widens into two lanes by Torre Station. Take the right-hand lane signposted Sea Front. At the crossroads, turn left into Lucius Street. The Seascape Hotel is situated on your right-hand side.
